Support Displays With Props.  Props can help reinforce your message and set the stage for any theme you want to set up.  However, plan your props carefully, a lot of themed props are either cliché or inefficient. For example, placing a big prop in your store will consume a lot of space, and obfuscate your actual product offerings.   When constructing these displays, ensure that your props look high quality. as they mar the perception of the entire store.

Use adequate lighting.  Whether you intend to use an overhead fixture, track lighting, table lamps, floor lamps, etc., you should check to make sure it’s fully capable of illuminating the display. Dimly lit displays are difficult for shoppers to see, and they don’t emphasize the products as well.

Don’t crowd  your display. When a window display is cluttered with too many products, it creates a messy appearance that ultimately reduces its impact on shoppers. Stick with a few product to ensure your displays have a positive effect on shoppers.
